April 11: His Majesty the King conferred Dakyen to the 10 newly elected Cabinet Ministers today at the Tashichhodzong.The 10 cabinet ministers are Works and Human Settlement Minister Lyonpo Yeshey Zimba, Economic Affairs Minister Lyonpo Khandu Wangchuk, Finance Minister Lyonpo Wangdi Norbu, Foreign Affairs Minister Lyonpo Ugyen Tshering, Health Minister Lyonpo Zangley Dukpa, Home and Cultural Affairs Minister Lyonpo Minjur Dorji, Education Minister Lyonpo Thakur Singh Powdyel, Agriculture Minister Lyonpo Pema Gyamtsho, Information and Communications Minister Lyonpo Nandalal Rai, and Labour and Human Resource Minister Lyonpo Dorji Wangdi.
